Weather Policy
All balloon activities are weather dependent and occur at the sole discretion of the pilot. Balloon inflations may be delayed, moved earlier/later, or canceled entirely due to wind or weather conditions.

All other festival attractions — including the laser light show, live music, food vendors, craft fair, games, and fireworks (Friday & Saturday) — operate rain or shine.

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• Tickets include non-refundable TicketSpice convenience fees.
• No refunds will be issued if balloons do not inflate due to weather conditions.

If balloons do not inflate during your visit:

• Your ticket may be used the following day
• You must stop by the gate to receive a Rain Check stamp
• Bring your original ticket for validation and wristband entry
• 
  

• Balloon inflation timing is not guaranteed and may vary based on conditions
• Balloons may inflate early, late, or not at all
• If balloons cannot inflate, a candlestick balloon basket display may be provided (weather permitting)

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to maximize your chance of seeing balloon activity.
