REFUND POLICY

 ALL BALLOON ACTIVITIES ARE WEATHER SENSITIVE- WE MAY HAVE TO CANCEL OR DELAY BALLOON ACTIVITIES BASED ON WEATHER. 

LASER LIGHT SHOW, LIVE MUSIC, FOOD, GAMES AT THE FESTIVAL ARE RAIN OR SHINE.

Refund Policy:

Tickets include ticket spice non refundable convenience fees. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. The event is rain or shine. Balloons may not inflate if weather conditions are not ideal - refunds will NOT be issued if balloons do not inflate. Live Bands, Festival, Craft Fair, Food Vendors, Laser Light Show and Fireworks Both Fri & Sat are rain or shine, Your ticket may be used the following day if no balloons inflate during your visit, please stop by gate for RAIN CHECK stamp. Please bring your tickets along to be validated to receive wristband at entrance.

Cancellation Policy:

Event is rain or shine. ALL BALLOONS INFLATE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE PILOT. Sometimes, due to impending weather, wind, or other conditions, balloons will inflate early, late or not at all. If Balloons do not inflate, and weather allows we will still provide a pyrotechnic candle stick fire display. Please plan to arrive roughly 30 minutes or more prior to the scheduled ticket time to ensure you see the balloons inflate and rise. Your ticket may be used the following day if No balloons inflate during your visit, please stop by gate for RAIN CHECK. Canceled balloon flights may be rescheduled with Lehigh Valley Hot Air 4846326815.

Up-to-the-minute info about inflation times, tethered rides, and any delays, will be available via Spooktacular Balloon Festival Facebook and announced throughout the festival.
